GRADE 10

General Instructions

Hello everybody and welcome to your revision page. Hope you have had a relaxed holiday.

It's now time for you to start studying seriously for the impending examinations.

1. As you're aware, you have thirteen units in Physics - P1 to P13 for the January 2001 examinations.

2. Click on IGCSE under Europe in the Physics link to print out a hard copy of the syllabus, in case you don't already have one.

3. I've recommended some pages from your school textbook "Physics for you" by Keith Johnson.

4. Sit with the hard copy of your syllabus and read the first column. You have to know EVERYTHING under this column. In case you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact me with your doubts.

5. If you're extended students, then your knowledge must go beyond the CORE to get a grade BB or above. You'd be required to demonstrate your competence in the second column titled SUPPLEMENT in each unit. Just like you did with the core material, make sure you've gone through each cell and verify that you understand it. There'd always be an overlap of pages, but never mind that - focus on the individual cells. As always, in case you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact me with your questions.
